To add to this , when phones at PHAR changed to ZERO info other than goodbye, I tried different agencies to try and determine why.

Ended up being directed to Wilson Economic Developement Authority. Their research shows that PHAR was no longer at Wilson location.

I wonder how anyone can justify this as ok , and shareholders do not need to know. My guess insiders working with Howard a couple of weeks ago tried to pump the hell out of this stock trying to unload before final move out 2 weeks ago.

Many blame this on former shell, but this is not Howards first time screwing investors through deception/lies/trying to embellish something that is obviously nothing.

3yrs ago look carefully at the wording of this link and the arrogance, not even accomplishing or performing first step before claiming how huge PHAR would become.
He also got a $300,000 grant through deception that was granted because of claims made to increase production 10fold, thus expansion and hiring new people.

Just like now, he dissapeared like a thief in the night conning investors and the City of Rocky Mount. What a HUGE red flag missed.

This was long, long before McLaughlin and crew @ BMGI shell. In my oponion, Howard sought and found shell, not the other way around. Needed an expert at pulling PUBLICly traded scam and he found the perfect partner in Mc and evil thieves. Howard already had done this in private sector. His name just happens to be Howard, and looks like a decent silver haired guy. But he as CEO has been ruthless in how he treats investors.

I think about mention of securing financing. If anyone with money interested, you call and every ext. only says GOODBYE and go by plant and no PHAR what possible reason would one go forward putting a single penny in.
