I am not panicked that there is not a license application and I agree that they WILL BE applying for one. But Sally is adamant that they haven't and all I want to know is who did. Just trying to deal with facts.

"Well, I don’t know what to tell you but they have not applied. All applications for gaming licenses in Nevada come through my office and I have not received one from Beneficial.

There is no difference between an on-line gaming application and a Bricks and mortar application.
