AWRE - Ex-Dividend Date is May 9, 2012. You must purchase the stock before May 9, 2012 if you want to get the dividend. In other words, May 8th is the last day you can buy AWRE and get the special dividend of $1.15 per share. Expect a drop in stock price at the opening bell on May 9th.
