Nokia has NEVER UPDATED their Delaware Filing ..WITH NEW FACTS and Rulings..

From Nokia Delaware..

Nokia and InterDigital are parties to three expressly interrelated agreements (the agreements), the primary subject matter of which is a license to Nokia of the Patents owned by InterDigital that InterDigital alleges are required to make and sell products that are compliant with the 2G and 3G telephone standards". and then they talk about their dispute as to the validity and scope of the Patents that form the basis of the agreements between them..and the parties are currently engaged in ICC Arbitration, regarding 2G products.. Nokia refuses to pay the fees IDCC is demanding.
