Apr 27, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- FBC Holding announced its licensing agreement with Mike Kern of Sport Technology for its Flowboard product.

In a release, the Company noted that the Flowboard is an evolution of the modern skateboard. It has a total of 14 wheels that allows for greater flexibility in turning and leaning from side to side.

This flexibility gives it the feel of a surfboard or snowboard while allowing the rider to use it in almost any urban climate. The design of the Flowboard allows riders to lean up to 45 degrees versus the traditional 25 degrees of a regular skateboard. The Flowboard was originally designed to bring the experience of riding waves and powder to urban asphalt.

Additionally we would like to update shareholders that the progress on our new web application is nearing completion. We expect to go live in the very near future as we continue to finish up work on the back end. With the addition of Mike Kern, Todd Wahnish, and the upcoming launch of our new web application, we feel more confident than ever that FBC can continue to grow as a company.
