Not sure of the definition you use as rebound, but this is not it. One of the most, if not the absolute most manipulated and suspect stock I have ever monitored. I honestly do not know why anyone purchases shares of this security. If anyone conducts any amount of honest DD they will see it has been extremely volatile and each and every time it collapses due to ultimate dillution (to pay the bills) This always lead to a float/O/S count that they can not recover from and consequently a R/S after they can convert no longer.
