some are suggesting that GC continued to reassure done done done because the money ( first tranche ) is supposedly in some escrow account. I ask a very simple question - if that's the case, why did GC not say that at the SHM.

WAG's are fine, as long as one says its a wag...HOWEVER COMING OUT FULL FRONTAL AND TELLING PEOPLE THE MONEY IS IN ESCROW IS COMPLETE STUPIDITY. If it came from the company, i would tend to give it some credibility...and that only until the deal was finally announced with the DETAILS!

BTW, I am 99.9% sure we will soon find out the details of the deal. I guess patience or stupidity will prevail in this one.
