No, in other words they need shares for funding and no dilution. You will see the new ss in the next filing. I know stocks with 8b A/S and without or only small dilution!
It´s oversold, seller is gone, and chart looks ready. Sometimes it´s that easy. And pps is very low. ASKE maybe dumped another 50-80m shares, but i doubt they increased the a/s to 2b and they want to dump all shares. Seller is gone, time to go up!
