Ok thanks So in other words they raised the a/s because they ran out of shares to dilute and now they plan to dump on traders for funding. Why do people think this will move with all the new shares they can dump? Not bashing I remember buying this in the low.002's and dumping in the teens because it was trading funny now I see why
