This is the key element to what is going on. They wouldn't do any of the things you listed but then why do the paid promotions before a buy back. That could make the PPS rise. Everything they have done is to aid a massive liquidation. Probably that 256,000,000 shares. The paid promotions are the key. They serve only two purposes LIQUIDATION OR DILUTION.

do you really think they would say they are done diluting and say there going to hire a public relations team to improve investor relations. Then pr a buy back program while they are diluting? Im pretty sure that would be criminal.
