RECAP NOTES from Interview

-KMA were and still are suppliers of clothing retailers
-Rfid is just the beginning
-Transition market is KMA's focus. From EAS to RFID, their tags apply to both
-Jeff Reid graduated with a bachelor's degree of commerce from university of windsor 1982
-His initial career was in clothing
-He started own sourcing company, traveled and lived in asia
-The patents were filed within 24hrs of developing the tag idea
-KMA produced a billion units after applying for patents
-KMA went public in 2006
-sole director is currently JR, will be changing 5/1 CFO and CEO on board officially
-KMA considers this time their "re-emurgance"
-KMA licensed out technology to NY company in Hong Kong
-Avery Dennison is main competition
-Licensed R-Pac International to manufacture tags and they receive royalties
-JR focussed on developing new products/solutions in past 6-12 months
-Goal was to expand in marketplace outside of retail
-PI innovations client helped with baggage tags, track baggage from start to finish
-KMA also produces high speed labeling equipment and equipment that can produce products at very high speed
-KMA has developed huge alliances over last 12 months
-Q4 & Q1 will show results of work being done
-Annual report expected 4/24-4/25
-This industry = 10's of billions of dollars as a whole
-Retailers mandate the product and the garments are protected at the source
-KMA is far from a startup
-Rfid short-term = transition phase - every product produced will carry tag to work on both systems
-DualTag is patented worldwide- 3 technologies, EAS, RF, and or AM
-Patent is in Europe, Mexico, Germany, US, Hong Kong, etc.
-R-Pac (long time friend personally) in 30 countries and supply multiple packaging supplies
-Milestone Automation is strategic partner and located in the same facility as KMA
-Footwear solution alone could be tens of millions in revenue BIGG!! sneaker product is already in Full manufacturing phase
-NO DEBT, Q4 will show bigger sales volume
-Balance sheet in great shape and debt free
-Information to come out on regular basis
-Anticipating new managment structure
-COO to be appointed May 2012
-KMA can operate at lower costs and overhead vs. competition
-JR will continue to support company and fund ground up
-Facebook and Twitter presence coming
-Avery Denison used to be KMA's distributor
-No plan of reverse split or buyback, may roll back authorized shares
-2012-2013 strategic plans already in place
