Accumulating? I doubt it. The price closed below short term rising support again and imo is ready to fall below 10 cents. I expected it sooner but it did a 38% retracement first and got everybody giddy. I only offer this because you asked for it. I dont feel good about offering my analyses when they are bearish because shareholders have been through enough negativity as of late and I dont want to be just another ahole jumping on the bandwagon. This kind of price action usually precedes a drop caused by someone dumping on weakness. We'll see.
