I’ve been reading over that PR of yours and I have a thousand questions, however I can hear your heart sinking, so I promise not to ask them all! Instead just two…

1. Your PR said the copper properties are staying in KATX, but my assumption has always been that you’ll be moving forwards with Rusty and Lucky very soon – perhaps for example with a joint exploration agreement between KAT and a mining company with an option for a JV in place or something like that. 2. Regarding the business structure, please forgive my not quite understanding the PR. Are you saying that KAT Gold Holdings Corporation will be the main company, and eventually all of the assets currently held in KATX will get transferred across so we end up with one company again but on the OTC/BB, or is it more complicated than that? Pardon me for being dim! "KAT Gold Holdings Corp" will be the parent company with a subsiderary which will have all KATX other assets merged into it.

It would be our goal is to work at moving KATG on to the NYSE and KATX to the NASDAQ. This will take time but that is our goals.
