Now's the time to buy SNDY heres why...

We will be buying another 3 million shares tomorrow.
This stock is in it's final stages of consolidating, so we are once again at a point to where the risk to reward investing into this company is heavily favored to the investors side. I will be adding another 1 million shares tomorrow giving me a total of 11 million shares. I have 1 new person that came aboard our group that will be buying 2 million shares tomorrow. We will be holding 58 million shares between us. Once again everyone in our group realizes this is not an overnight play, but one that will require patience to let the plan roll out that the insiders have laid out for us. All the guys in our group are like me, they are not daytraders, but investors that are not worried about every move the stock price makes. We are all in for at least 1 year before any selling would be considered. I love the fact the company has not put out some fluff PR to help support the price. I have seen countless people posting for them to put out a PR to keep the stock price up. They are just wanting to flip the stock to make money. The investor that has done all the DD required to take a long term position knows what they own and are not concerned with the small price swings.

I have seen people already come and go that said they are long on this stock, but I guess goes to show they were hoping it was going to do an ATRN type move. I knew that would not happen. Good thing is more and more shares are starting to get into much stronger hands that are not going to be selling anytime soon. As the float continues to get ate up this stock price will move up much faster and higher. I still think the prices I have posted above on the sticky will be pretty close. Although we might only see .04 by the EOM instead of the .05 I have posted. Once we get above .05 I think we will see less flipping. I also think shares will be much harder to buy.

This company is by far one of the best investment that can be made. The company has done so much to turn things around. And the technology they have is one that could be easily bought out by a much bigger company. Here is something I posted a few days ago on how big companies work:

Most don't know but I invented a nitrous nozzle that is used in racing. I have a huge background in the developement of big cubic inch nitrous racing engines that run 2-4 stages of nitrous oxide and produce up to 2600 horse power. In 1997 I invented a new nitrous nozzle and set the world record the very first race we went to. I sold it to no one and never let anyone see it. In 2001 Edelbrock knew I had this nitrous nozzle and contacted me at one of the races I was at. I met with Vic Edelbrock and sold him the rights to sale and manufacture my nitrous nozzle for a six figure number and receive 5% royalties for as long as they sell the nitrous nozzles. It had to receive a patent to get this from Edelbrock. They paid their lawyer to file for the patent and I got it the first time they applied for it.
It was much cheaper for them to buy my proven nitrous nozzle then for them to go thru all the R&D to try and come up with what we had done. It was the first of its kind and I told them it was very unique. Any drag racing fan can find out who I am really quickly. My avatar will be a dead give away.

I say all that to say this. I think the same thing could happen here. This is how big companies work. They like to buy proven technology. At the time I did my deal with Edelbrock they were trading on the Nasdaq. If a big player wants to buy SNDY product they will. They can do a license agreement with the new company, get a huge chunk of up front money and royalties for as long as they sell the product. They can do this on any product they have a patent on. It would bring in huge revenue for them. Just another reason to be owning SNDY now. Something big is going to be happening with SNDY in the future. They just have to much technology.

People there are more ways for this company to make money then one can imagine. This is just another example. If not there is always the possibility of a joint venture or even a buyout. I have posted my theroy on that scenario as well. If you have not read it go back thru my post and read it. It had to do with SNDY selling their shares in the .005-.007 range.

I would not want to be caught short or waiting on a lower price on this stock if news comes out before market. They have been kind by releasing news after the market opens, but if they release a big PR before the market opens good luck on getting any large order filled. Patience is a virtue that will be heavily rewarded. And remember always, always follow the insiders!!

Take care my friends,
Mike
