Exactly, Kay has been working for free (only paying himsef stock he has never cashed in) while raising our revenues at a record pace. The 10K blew most of us away that were expecting a good ECDC 10 K but got a great 10K. ECDC would be chaep at .05 with the 4 companies that we own and an OS at only about 440 million shares. That is only 111 million shares per company and we all know some of those comapanies alone could be worth 500 million ahead.

All the compensation you are talking about are paid in stock. Even the $175k from last year is only accrued he did not get it. I am just curious how many people I this board will work for free.

If I was him, I will taking stock too. It is the only way he can have any decent interest in the company and business he is building. Stop hating. Kay cannot give himself bonus only the board can please be factual.
