I am looking at the right numbers. BH started running Baristas before he changed the name, and it is the same company whether you like it or not. The name change was only a par of the scheme to dilute the shares. He increased the outstanding shares from 5 million to 300 million, and took the 47% ownership of the non-insider owners,and has turned it into a 1.2% ownership.
