Their filings are a snapshot in time and we have no way of knowing its true progress since the date of their last filings. We are talking months of time where much could have elapsed for the better. We have no way of knowing.

However… back then at such time, the company was in default and the website was down and not complete. As of just recently, the company has come out of default status to become active and the company has recently updated their website as indicated below:

Again, and in my opinion, you just don't update your NV SOS status to active and update your website to look as good as theirs and not have a plan for moving forward. No matter how negative anyone would want to try to twist these updates, this is a huge subliminal hint in my opinion of a new beginning for SHMX.
