Question..How did Nokia's updated filing delay the established agreed to time frame? IDCC is scheduled to reply 8/29 and Nokia 9/12 and the Court IMO:Will rule after the oral hearing 10/14..If you are aware of any different dates kindly correct me. TIA

This may be more of NOK's delay tactics since it will cause more motions and replys to be filed with countering filings. The judge will hopefully see through NOK's strategy of delay, delay, delay.
