The "Dividend" was based upon fully disclosed and published reports as noted on the company's Pink Sheet Financials.. EXMT understood fully what they were paying and for what!
Arshad by failing to honor the agreement as a result of his failure to authorize deposits of the dividend shares has clearly created real exposure for his company! He is well aware of just who he failed to authorize, and could clear all this up by going public one way or the other.. As for "Papers"..They will be visible soon enough in a District Court Action.. My position on all this is simply to follow the Golden Rule.. Let's all just get along!
