Infrax Systems Inc (IFXY)

I dont blame investors for walking away either. BUT...... in IFXY's updates, they say the pending SPC acquisition was the reason for the lockwood shareholder date to be pushed back a month. Unfortunately those 2 events are married together and as soon as the one happen news should follow on the other. Why anyone wouldn't wait until at least around the 19th (roughly 2 weeks from now) to make their final decisions, is besides me. MY guess is that alot of them will be back before the 19th. There's no reason to wait around if they have hotter plays elsewhere, especially if they have a target date. Damn, if i hadn't been previously invested in IFXY for a while now, and i had cash and i see messages regarding acquisitions and delays. I would be watching and circling the 17th on my calendar as a date to review things. since right after that is when alot of our significant news is due. So in a nutshell if we don't hear anything by the end of this month (and i don't even know why i give them to the end of the month, i guess i am generous), then i get frustrated again.

My company makes projections for every week, month, quarter, year. Do we hit them all, no. Do we postpone projects and delay things, yes. Every business does it. I know that INFRAX has been a source of frustration for some (me included), but I knew what i was getting into. IFXY is no apple or google (yet), and even those guys miss earnings and make mistakes with product launches. If people don't have the intestinal fortitude to be here, or feel safer and more conservative plays are a better option, that's fine. maybe they think this stock is a dog and we are all clowns for following it, that's fine too. But if that's the case then, i can't change their opinion and convince them to stay, even if i wanted to.

so everyone let's just tighten up the belt for a little while longer and lets see what happens.
