I agree but am not that worried for several reasons. 1) Many penney stocks have a billion or more shares issued. We do not, we have around 113,200,000. 2) We need to do this until enough revenue starts coming in. I have a feeling contracts and money is going to start rolling in soon, probably some time this summer. I am thinking the dilution will stop early next year. And think we will still be in good shape overall.
