just meant the shareholder end of the year email. It was clear that problems were resolved and gave an estimate closing date of the 3rd week of January. The main thing that stood out to me was year end results would be completed in 10 days to 2 weeks and would be filed to OTC. OTC still doesn't have anything after 6 weeks.
