7) Run actipatch commercials and print ads in Canada to get end user demand for product (and drive internet sales)



I don't think BIEL has the funds to do this.

8) get Greenwood to refund all moneys invested in them or actually deliver on their promises and put Acticpatch and Ally on store shelves in Canada - across at least 3 territories



Remember that Greenwood is using their own funds; BIEL is not funding their activities.

9) restart Allay promotion in UK and publish user stories through national media channels

10)get slots of Daily Planet and other Canadian shows which will drive legal sales unlike Dr Oz in USA.

I am really annoyed that they stopped their own marketing campaigns while signing up with Greenwood who have IMHO delivered nothing.



BIEL did not have the funds to continue on their own, lack of expertise aside. Greenwood came aboard using their own funds in exchange for a % of revenues, to continue the marketing and shelf space effort.
