And dont forget a confirmation to Surfguy, a credible CPA and person right there in FLA.
Labrozzi in no way should ever be mentioned as even remotely a part of PHAR audit.
I have a confirmation email, but it has a lot of extra legal advice on some accounting issues and ideas on what to watch for in filings.

So IMO nothing else should be needed other than HOWARD coming forward as a CEO and say "I SCREWED up, should never have put out false PRsss.
