As an investor , without requiring any lessons on investing, i do concur that it always is the responsibility of an investor to do DD and thus accept outcome.

One big difference IMO an investor also has the right to accept or not accept the fact of rolling over if fraud can be determined as to the demize of ones investment.
Lot of PHARMSTAR investors are not going to rollover. I FOR SURE WILL NOT .

Wonder just how low some deeeeeeep discounted shares are going for these days to help maybe a chosen few recover lunch money? Surely thats not going on on a legitimate company right before it sinks ?? Without the knowledge given to all investors about these almost FREE unrestricted`shares.
Hope CEO that has CHOSEN to operate with known crooks wont squeel on everyone when SEC offers the cell right next to Bernie Madoff. He might cut a deal, who knows.
