Does that mean they may actually become "active" with the SOS - since I don't believe they can do squat to share structure while in DEFAULT.

They can tell their legal team anything they want ------- but can the legal team act on any of it without paying a measly couple hundred bucks to file their annual list?????

I'm gonna open a kool-aid stand and estimate a trillion dollars in sales.
