Fish, cryptic comments is all you will get about licenses such as Apple. If I am correct years back one of the IDCC executives said something and that contributed to the start of the Nokia war with IDCC.
Apple was signed when they were not in the business and no one foresaw them rising up in the telecom space as fast as they have. IDCC granted a license to a newbie and the newbie took off. So, we have to honor the agreement. But I don't see why we can't go back and ask for a modification to account for the increased sales and LTE. Maybe they will and maybe they can't.
