Since you bring up the term despicable , IMO a man of HOWARDS age that just scammed private investors in 2009,scammed Rocky Mt out of $336,000 in a grant in which taxpayers spent $10,000 to administer the grant by city council, thats despicable IMO

Now to completely make false PRs to lure investors in this public try, NOW THATS DESPICABLE.
The investors that were drawn in with the original impression this 75yr old put on people, his complete 180 on his favorite quote " Fully transparent and complete disclosure to investors", did not deserve to be tricked this way. Life is hard enough without this kind of scam. Despicable

Thats not right to all the good people that have lost so much money, and faith in thinking you can trust a 75yr old man that you were convinced would never stoop that low . That IMO is what you say is "despicable" Its a pattern, this is not a first time snag.
