Good job on this post. All good points presented as fact.
IMO i think the SEC will be able to include PHAR in the middle of a 30 company ELABORATE SCAM of the shell gang that CEO of PHAR #29 went to bed with.
If you proceed with scam, are involved with players, you are now ONE OF THEM.
Now that will be one hell of mess .Guilty means guilty with SEC. You cant say i didnt know or 3rd party did it all.
