The short mine life has always been a background concern. The open pit ban materialized out of nowhere. Nobody wanted the oil deal in the first place, and the share structure is getting scary. That's not gonna invite the volume necessary to drive the share price .
Next thing we will hear is the need to make the share price more attractive to institutional investors. You and I know what THAT means.
Personally, I think they aught to get out of the oil business, and use the proceeds from assets sales to buy back TVIPF shares while they are this cheap.
That's one way they could get the share price back up, but they won't do it that way.
