Trying to make you see why stocks are heading higher and to establish target levels in the DJIA which affects how the entire market does. We are within 15% of the all time highs. It must clear that all time high by at least 2% to keep it from being a double top. The DJIA has allready made a lower low on a 15year chart. This one event will determin market direction for the next decade! Or worse if you look at a 100year chart.
