Even if that lawsuit happens, you're going up against two behemoths (JPM/FDIC) with unlimited funds and influence. You won't see any outcomes for YEARS, if ever...

It's over here. Either .1) You released and will get a distribution of newco shares, or 2.) You are still holding WAMPQ for some insane reason, and your going to lose everything once the halt and delist happens.
