I understand your frustration. I have been there when my expectation did not meet. But if you are busy doing things, You don’t have the time to explain everything.
I am sure the ceo and his team is not perfect in dealing with everything, so do we. We are human being, we all make mistakes. We learn from our mistakes.
We need to understand that Business related to making strategic plan, training, implementing, negotiation, and more… Rush thing up is not good option in business. From some of DD you did, you can see the ceo and his team make the company’s business in progress. Maybe we should give some time and motivation for the ceo and his team to do thing.

If I were Mr.Scott, I would like to enjoy life, I wont work 18 to 20 hours a day and take all these responsibilities.
