I smell spring, mowing grass, cleaning beds and putting in new bark. It is suppose to be 65 here today in Yakima and almost 70 in tri cites just to the south where we run the boat on the Columbia River.

Tim has left to go to Florida to finish up some of his MDSI financing. He expects to return in the next 3 weeks and get back to work on the MDSI/Radix project and agreement.

I am sure he loves the sunny Florida weather, I think Yakima weather is just too cold for him.

I have the boat moved and beginning to work on the upgrades I have identified earlier. I am truly looking for ward to some fun demos on the water this spring and summer.
