Hey Vladimirr ,hope you are well.. Quick question. That does include the $87,000 down payment correct?
Of course without filings or methods to contact owner to see what has changed from initial purchase plans to now the month by month to landlord rent payments, are you of the opinion that at this stage now, PHAR has any rent prepaid left?
Again no way to answer , but still always appreciate your take.
