Thank you for providing this. I have no doubt that there are enough rules but do they get applied? And if what is the risk of fine vs. gains are made?
A simple example: Some years ago I used to be young and even felt much younger. I had a car 240 HP and I drove in Slovakia 240 km/h on the highway where 130 is allowed. Huge fun (=gain) and when rarely they caught me I could bribe the police with 20$ (= no risk). Later the risk went up considerably, they caught you with frequency (=no fun any more) and you paid already for 150 km/h (very little fun) 180$ (high risk, high fine and high frequency). I guess you know the result: I drive now max 140 to be within tolerance.
SEC+MM= very high fun and very low risk. They result? They steal permanently our money. You believe in them? Me not!!!
