There is no way what is proposed in that document is what actually has transpired! Sure was slick how the 300 to 1 split didn't effect the debt conversion to shares !
The money spent on this promo could have went to buy a nice clean shell with no debt! [Blank Check Public Shell Company (Virgin Shell Company)] Then they could have registered the shares with the SEC to be sold to the public and the money could have went directly to the company!

Good to see someone doing just a little real DD to eliminate putting money into a questionable deal. Even completely legitimate companies are a risk! Too many red flags here for me on this one even though the story seems really good and professionally done.
