My theory is pretty much Entity-A
is behind driving the price down.

They may have the mm's behind them.

This entity wants the price down to
be able to buy the company at dirt
cheap prices.

What if "OUR TEAM" is with them?
An effort to go private?

Yes, it's crazy but not as crazy as
calling this a healty pullback or
consolodating.

I'm probably wrong but something we are
not seeing is deffinately going on and
since the price is not going up, it can't
be good.

I would not be shocked to see some unknown
outfit make a tender offer for us for an
amount that would give many of us a nice
healthy loss.

Hope I'm wrong and will ride this out.
Unlike many of you I would prefer averaging
up than down. Averaging up means we could have
a big winner, averaging down means possibly throwing
good money after bad out the window.

Another theory, what if the insiders bought at those
high prices to trick shareholder into buying while
someone else sold into it? Yea, that's crazy too but
still not as crazy as suggesting this is a healthy
pullback.

Bottom line is something is going on with the mm's
doing this and in no way is it looking good for us.
