Hi dig* - targets and bonuses,

Same ballpark - $58-62m is where I'd be handing out alea performance bonuses to management. Ambitious but achievable target.

I think they are not quite going to reach the $38-42m I anticipated for 2011, having neatly made it into my $24-26m range in 2010. So likely no alea bonus for 2011. Bad luck guys. Know you were desperate to make it, even going so far as buying another company to try to reach the lower threshold. Some years, you just didn't do quite well enough to get the extra aleabucks.

I also think there's a very large potential upside for 2012, depending upon the US DoD and other government adoptions. But the information right now is so limited that any kind of prediction of scope is hamstrung. And who cares what some message board schmuck predicts if the company actually booms.
