I cannot say one way or another. But dropping the conversion rate from 75% of 15 day avg to a flat .0002 is not what I call "positive". They were already dealing with loansharks if they were paying 20% interest IMO.

Their website shows "latest news" from 2008

I only have what they left me after the 2010 RS (which ain't much).

Sorry I couldn't answer your question, but this is pinkyland and logic gets tossed out the window most of the time.
