The Company provides horizontal services and capabilities packaged with vertical expertise to clients in industries including, but not limited to Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)/manufacturing, discrete and process manufacturing, energy/utilities, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, retail, travel/entertainment and various emerging markets. On May 17, 2010, the Company acquired substantially all of the assets of Meridian Consulting International.
