Sorry for your situation, same here.. With just an ounce of skills in Mgt and marketing any new product this should be at par value , as you indicate with no fluff news, just honest updates on phase 1.

Reasons are trying to be covered up but only HOWARD can come forward. No one else can address fraud.

Answer on Alert MEDICAL SUPLLY distribution aggreement with Mr.Babatunde Kupoluyi. 718-778-1800 Quoting a conversation with him, Mr. Kupoluyi has NO distribution aggreement, no shares,common or prefferred nor does ANY distributing of any pharmaceutical drugs at all. Only medical supplies.

Was there a conversation between he and one of PHAR operators, and what the scam was , dont know, but Mr. Kupoluyi has ZERO distribution aggreement nor can didtribute due to liscense to even distibute pharmaceutical drugs.

IMO when things are this blatent, how are investors to trust makebelieve statements of upcoming filings and huge news.
Persistant calls or letter will confirm. Statement i say as you will find are true, not speculative.
