With respect , 2 large private tries with large private investors, last one just a couple of years ago. Got a $336,000 grant to boot on that one.

Funding was in place, product completely ready , building ready to produce and grant money to expand.

Help us understand as to why not be concerned that this is here we go again ,just with public money.
