I did recieve email confirmation this am but ive decided not to post for reasons below.

Surfguys post came with confirmation with plain NO ,which was all needed.
My phone conversation went into many areas, and return email went into many of those areas not directly concerning audit, so IMO both my and your phone conversation, Surfguys posted confirmation and my non posted confirmation im satisfied with. I think most investors appreciate honesty, AND not cover up and hide the facts of whats going on.
