After being outright lied to in the beginning by CEO and allowing myself to trust and proceed against my suspicions, because of the last few months of digging and digging trying to clear Howard of wrongdoing with this fraudulent group, i have failed in doing so .He is right smack in the middle!!

I have lost all confidence in PHAR to come forward..
As far as the AUDIT and it be ON topic and being discussed many times on board..LABROZZI& COMPANY P.A has ZERO involvement with PHAR, has NEVER been retained as CEO stated for entire market media to see, and was very upset to his Company name being used in a fraudulent way....

Mr. Labrozzi had one conversation through a conference call in OCT. that was handled by CHRIS CHAMBERS AND JOSEPH PITTERA. He never spoke directly to HOWARD but he was in on the call.
He stated he was asked about doing some work for PHAR , one being audit, he told them what would be required in an audit. He gave an estimate and was asked if he could work with them on fee. He was told to call back that day, and after several attempts through phone and email with no return response,over several days, he never tried back.. Howard is still so deeply involved with this group and they have no care for an investor, nor any remorse if you loose every dime. THEY PRINT PAPER AND MOVE ON..HOWARD HAS NOW HAD TIME TO BECOME UN INVOLVED IF HE WANTED TO. So im sick of being played.
This is a fact. Not a bash. I am tired of tiptoeing around the issue with possibly being scammed. Every single PR ive worked on has a serious issue with it.
Im sorry if anyone hates the way i seem negative about PHAR, but put the blame squarely where it should have been months and months ago when i begged for all to demand a CC with Howard.

Since Howard/PHAR refuses to answer my calls or return emails,refuses to address shareholders exept through these stupid personal phone/emails to a select few,, i will post any findings on this board.
