years back I did some looking into this guy and his claims.......took about 10 minutes to see QBIT (old ticker) was apparently an outrageous pseudoscience scheme...

PS: there was a religious twist to this as well, if I recall their old website, with all the bible stuff (religion, cold fusion, "time travel", quantum mechanics, etc....what a mix!!!)......don't recall CYGX though, what was their claim to fame......the philosophers stone???
