Responsible for the development of strategies and the insertion of current and emerging technologies, sensor testing, new system concepts, networks design implementation and optimization, systems integration and technical support to a variety of CACI customers within the DOD and other Government Agencies. Specific support provided to HQ INSCOM , CE-LCMC, a variety of PEOS and PMs and DHS, under the Technial Engineering Support Services (TESS) contract (5 year IDIQ $ 900 M contract) with the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD), The Strategic Support Sourcing (S3), 5 year $19.25B IDIQ contract with the C-E LCMC, at Ft. Monmouth and the Genesis III 5 year $450 M IDIQ contract with HQ INSCOM and the R23G $20 B IDIQ contract with HQ CECOM. Responsible for technical efforts that have to date resulted in the award several Task Orders under the S3 and TESS contracts with a value in excess of $1.0B. As a senior member of the technical and management team, developed strategy with specific programs and initiatives that has grown the C4ISR Division Group from a staff of 60 to over 650 members in the course of the past nine years.Supported the establishment of the NJ Techology Solutions Center (NJTSC) whose meiision is to establish hign paying technical and managemt positions with small companies in the Monmouth County area subsequent to the closure of Ft. Monmouthby the BRAC.

Developed and integrated tools and technologies to protect the Army's Tactical Internet and higher echelon networks. Conducted research in defensive and offensive Information Operations for the US Army.
Project Manager Small Aerostat Surveilance System (PM SASS)
Modified and Integrated an MTI Radar and other EW payloads on an Aerostat that were installed on a ship in order to conduct 24/7/365 surveillance in the Gulf of Fonseca during the Sandanista insurgency. Deployed two similar systems to South Korea to provide security during the Olympics
Deputy PM FireFinder:
Supported PEO -IEW in the effort to participate in a joint developemnt of a Counter Battery Radar (COBRA) system with the NATO Allies (FRG,UK,FR).
Chief Systems Integration Division (PM SOTSA & PM JSTARS)
Served as the chief of the Systems Integration Divion for these two major systems acquisition.
Chairman of NATO Panel VI / AC225
Collaborated with the NATO Allies in the development of requirements for Airborne and Ground MTI Radar Systems that lead to co development and co production of these systems to meet NATO requirements.
