$USNL Florida: Several key markets in Florida exist in todays real estate market. The thousands of homes that are still to go through foreclosure are astounding. Each individual County of Florida offers a wide variety of options for investment purposes. The company plans to invest in areas that offer the most stable job opportunities and growth so that we can maximize out tenant base and risks associated with investments not being occupied. Some markets that we have researched include, Orlando Fl, Gainesville FL, Miami Fl, Tampa and St Petersburg Fl. These municipalities offer strong population size, potential for growth and a strong possibility for capital appreciation. The large majority of these cities have large colleges, existing large commercial and industrial investment, access to major rail and air terminals and have existing high valued medical facilities. All of these factors considered means that these areas should receive higher rental returns and reduce the risk of tenants not occupying the investments. Investments in these areas are severely depressed in terms of price compared to the market value several years ago. The value of a home in key areas is in some cases 50% below prices in 2006/07. Construction costs to build the same house are higher than the asking price.
