HELLO? ANYBODY HOME?? Placement agents sell stock they don't arrange debt financing. Equity capital means they SELLLLL STOCKKKK to RAISSSSE THE MONEEEEEE. Maybe I need to sharpen my crayon.

I am investing a small amount of money in this company but it is a lot of money to me. I work for wages and am in for almost 8 months take home pay. I need real information, links to real information, and not crap somebody dreamed up, then typed up.
