Agreed. I do not know if you took something I posted in the last 24 hours as referencing the first RKT site, but if it came across that way, my bad.

I do think JBI can build processors 2 and 3 at the same time in the NY facility and I believe they have already done or are doing this now.

As far as the RKT site, I do not believe they can work on both sites at once at this point. My opinion is that the first RKT site is at least a full quarter behind the NF facility. Only once we know 3 processors are up and running in Niagara Falls, can a clock start ticking on the first RKT site.

Lets say the 3 processors at NF are up and running on March 31. IMO, then the absolute earliest the first RKT site would be up and running would be June 30.
